A way for us to notice what gives you energy, what you're good at, and how much room you have right now, so we can suggest a team that fits.

It won't tell you what you owe God or this church. Spiritual gifts are something we discern together, over time and in community. This is only about where to start.

How it works

1. About 70 quick pairs of words (about 5 minutes). Tap the one that pulls at you more. Go fast; your first instinct is the answer. If you don't know a word, pick the other one.
2. A few direct questions about your schedule, skills, and limits (about 3 minutes).
3. Two open questions (a minute or two).
